Positive liver impact
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2, Lactoflavin) is vital for growth processes and plastic metabolism, and it has a regulatory effect on the central nervous system and vision, besides being key for metabolism and improving skin and mucous membrane conditions, liver function, and blood production. Its benefits are clear, and I find this company reliable; therefore, I recommend it.

Liver pressure noted
This is not Vitamin B2. I was disappointed with the advertised brand, Solgar. I purchased the same vitamin two years ago, and it had a distinct smell of B vitamins when the package was opened, with bright yellow capsules that truly alleviated my headache. This time, it was odourless and colourless; the capsule's colour was slightly straw, and there was no scent of vitamins. It tasted very bitter, reminiscent of anti-inflammatory painkillers. After consuming it, my urine colour did not change, but thankfully, the headache vanished. The conclusion is that there seems to be little to no riboflavin (B2) present, yet there is an anaesthetic active ingredient. I won’t purchase it again, especially as I began to feel pressure in my liver, much like after taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication. Very disappointed.
